I was told June 10 my levels were no longer gonna rise and I’m gonna miscarry, my levels went ups to 1034 that day they went down to 568 few days later (probably a week) in the 18th they went up to 621

I’m just wondering if it should have happened by now? I’m already sad as it is but the fact that I don’t even know what’s going on with my body hurts more rn, is my baby gone? Is it not? They told me I’d have to pass tissue and I haven’t at all 🥺 it’s so depressing guys.
