Freezer meals!
So, I'm 2 days 'past date' and am working on some more nourishing postpartum freezer meals. Anyone got any ideas? So far I have:
Caulirice, Broccoli, Chicken and Caulirice casserole, Chicken fajitas/stir fries, sweet potato and apple soup, chicken bone broth, beef bone broth, chicken and tumeric soup, potassium broth, chili, spaghetti squash casserole and a few chicken breast marinades for the BBQ. We eat a mostly paleo/primal/gluten free diet... I have three other children, and homeschool so I need my freezer stocked well 😅
