Sick and in labor?

Question

Both hubs and I got a common cold and are coughing our lungs out the night and day before I get induced. I’m sure we’ll get tips when we get there but has anyone been thru this or know what is recommended?
I’m also worried our bedroom where she’ll live at first will be covered in our germs.

I caught a nasty chest cold around the time I was due and was freaking out! My son also had it too, luckily most passed apart from my cough but baby hasn’t caught anything! Also even with bad chest managed to have baby without an issue but I have noticed my coughs worse since labour but was okay before and during it 🤔 had sniffles too which went after labour, partner caught the cold so would have been contagious but baby is fine and has nothing :) a lot of people said baby would be okay as you pass on protection for them?! Which seemed to be the case 😅 typical timing to catch a bug isn’t it 😅
