What all did it take

Question

For the ladies that's been trying to conceive over 3yrs what all did u did before you got your BFP at this point my im lost confused and just want to give up on trying it becoming to much and heart breaking

This may sound crazy. 
Me and my husband have been trying since March 2017 and since then had two miscarriages.
Despite having regular periods and knowing my fertile week I didn’t seem to be getting pregnant...
I then did a little research and read really good reviews about “Reiki” 
I booked myself in for a reiki session on 6th June. Ovulated on 11th and I have had a clear positive test this morning. 
I honestly don’t know if it was coincidence but I was like you and anything was worth a try.
