Anyone else unable to stand for that long?

Question

Trying to figure out if this is normal or if I should bring it up to my doctor next week!
I’m 31 weeks. I can’t stand up more than 2-3 minutes before my heart starts pounding (over 100 BPM just standing) and I can’t breathe that well. 
Sometimes, randomly, I feel like I’m going to pass out when I’m just sitting. Is this normal pregnancy stuff or concerning?

I had this issue in my 2nd trimester and it turns out I have hyperthyroidism. Definitely let your doctor know

Definitely sounds like your iron. This happened to me and now I take iron medication twice a day after I passed out at the grocery, thinking I was having a heart attack. Doctor says iron levels were dangerously low. Call your doc

I felt the same way and went in got all of my vitals taken and an iron test done but everything came back normal, she told me to go and get more rest and if I continued to feel that way then go back and get blood tests done, I havent gone back yet but I too am extremely tired and its hard to stand for long

Talk to your doctor about it for sure. I get similar symptoms but that seems a bit extreme to be normal. I know I’m not normal. I have anemia and a chronic condition that affects my energy etc. I get those symptoms as a result of the anemia and low blood pressure. But it could be more serious too. So bring it up so they can check.

Same thing happens to me, so I went to the cardiologist.  I got diagnosed with gestational tachycardia and hypotension. 🤷 "Just take it easy" is the official treatment.
