Letrozole tips?

Hello!
AF arrived today and I will be taking my 3rd round of letrozole (2nd round at 5mg) this cycle. Does anyone have any tips that helped you conceive? I am also on 1500mg metformin.

I was told by one of my doctors to take the recommended daily supplemental vitamin amount for B6, Vit C, Vit D (im far away from the equator so I take 5000 IU a day), folic acid, iron and CoQ 10. I can’t say that it did or did not help. I got pregnant on the first cycle doing that with letrozole. I’m now TTC #2 and am about to do my second round of letrozole and I have not been staying up on my vitamins and healthy eating.
