I highly suggest packing your bags early. Especially your own. You may think 32 weeks is early but you just never know. After a non reactive nst and bpp ultrasound I was admitted for continuous fetal monitoring. She’s been measuring small hence the nst test and I also have marginal cord insertion. I had my bag half packed and let me tell you, texting my husband what kind of underwear and what not to bring me was interesting. He’s so great, but it would have been so much easier and less time consuming for him to get to the hospital if I could have just told him to grab my bag and come.
