Cramping at 2 dpo

Anybody cramp after Ovulation? I’ve been having menstrual like cramps all day. Pretty sure I’m not going to get pregnant this cycle since we only BD once in our window.

The cramps are pretty bad, and I also have low back pain. AF due in 10 days. opk’s are getting lighter too.
