Before my man and I started dating, we would have loooooong phone calls. 
Every time the call would end, he would say something in Japanese to send me off. He kept saying the same term even when we got together so I finally asked him what it meant. It means ‘I love you’!
Homeboy was saying it for MONTHS with no response. What a champ! 🙌🏼

We had just gotten back from visiting his family for his sister's birthday. It was my first time meeting them. We had only been together a few weeks, but I had been holding back the urge to say it for a while and I was worried it was going to slip so decided it was time to say it. But I didn't want him to feel pressured to say it back. So I said "you don't have to say it back, but I think I love you". He said it back but I thought it was just to be nice until the next day when he said it first 😌

We were at a friends-giving and I was eating some chips and he looked at my mom looked at me and said “have I ever told you how much I loved you?” And I continued to eat my chip with a mouth full I said “uhh... nope!” And that was it 😂 later I said I loved him too!! Two years later we are married!!

My now husband  had come over after our first mini trip  together.  We were  just talking  and I told him I like you and he goes "I love you too". I was like 😮😯🤐 I said I like you....and he goes oh uh me too. 😅 But I told him..I love ya too. :) It was awkward  and funny
