My ex’s Bday coming up...

Me and my ex boy broke up almost 3 months ago... he is alone in this country and hardly working, that’s all he does because he has no friends or family here, everyone is in his country, if anything his friends are my friends that I introduced to him.

Anyways... his bday is coming up and I don’t want to be a dick but I also don’t want to lose my dignity (he kinda cheated on me and that’s why we’re not together).

QUESTION IS.......

Should I tell him to get icecream with me that day? Or something simple? Should I even give him a present at all? (He did bring me flowers or whatever for my bday after the breakup)

Oh and Idk if it’s important for you to know but we were together for 2 years.

Idk.. what to do?
