I bought my daughter 2 dresses from Target tonight, I tried them on her before we bought them but when we got home the more I kept looking at one of them, I'd rather be a little longer than it is, the one I bought is a XS, she probably would need a S for the length to be where I'd like it but our local target didn't have a S. Can I exchange it at any target? I have receipt and the tags that was on it.
