Thining eye lashes?

The other day I got out some make up for the first time in a while and when I went to put on mascara I noticed I had almost no eyelashes. They used to be long and full and now they are really short and thin. I’m a little concerned, could I be missing a vitamin or something? I’m about to turn 30 if that changes anything (old age) lol?

Mine got really thin and started falling out when I was using waterproof mascara and was not getting it out of my lashes good enough every night. and so I found that coconut oil is a great make up remover especially for waterproof mascara and ever since I started doing that and leaving the remaining coconut oil on my lashes they have grown and gotten so thick and nice!

You probably need to eat more vitamins and minerals in your food so like veggies etc. Maybe
