Tips on how to manage pregnancy weight gain?

This is my first pregnancy, and I’m not sure what to expect. I was 146 when I got pregnant, I had HG for the first 13ish weeks and lost down to 135. I’m not 19+5 and weight 149 (granted it is the end of the night and I’ve already eaten dinner). When calculating my weight gain would I count from my pre-pregnancy weight of 146 or would I count from 135?

As someone who has struggled with weight and body image their whole lives its really anxiety inducing to watch the number climb. Especially after having lost 15 pounds last year. I know it’s all worth it for my sweet baby girl and I absolutely wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world. I just want to make the weight gain a healthy one.

Are there any recipes you loved while pregnant, that were easy to make? I’m hoping to avoid eating out anymore. Thanks so much. ❤️
