Help? Slight pain when peeing, little blood

I’m not exactly sure what’s going on. I had a complete molar pregnancy and D&C at the end of this past February. Because of the risk of choriocarcinoma, my doc put me on the pill and said to wait at least 6 months before my husband and I TTC again.

We usually have sex like twice a week which included this past Thursday. I was unusually “in the mood” which was noticeable because I tend to have a low libido (husband has high which is why we have sex as often). Anyways after we had sex, I noticed slight pain while peeing right after. It’s been 2 days and I still have slight pain when peeing which has only happened once before.

Sorry if this is TMI but as I was wiping I noticed a little bit of blood. I have to emphasize that it was very little but enough that I noticed it. I finished my period last Wednesday (we don’t have sex when I’m on my period) but this is the first time I noticed anything residual. And the entire night I’ve felt like I still have to pee a little even though I don’t actually need to.

Thoughts? I’m kinda confused, don’t know if I’m just over thinking things, and just included all the info in case someone knew something I didn’t.
