Hello, yes, pot smoking neighbor?

CAN YOU NOT DO THAT OUTSIDE were its super illegal!! In my state it's illegal to smoke pot anywhere outside unless it's on private property. We live in an apartment complex that has a strict no marijuana policy but this one neighbor smokes it every Saturday night and the office is closed on Sundays so by Monday they say they "can't do anything about it"

Also could you not smoke RIGHT BY MY OPEN BEDROOM WINDOW WITH A FAN IN IT!!??

update: I screamed "stop smoking right by the super pregnant ladies bedroom" and heard loud shuffling. Hopefully he/she/they left.
