Maybe TMI but I need help

So my husband and I have been trying for a little over 6 months. One success but we lost in February. I haven’t ovulated according to my opk. However since the lose my periods have been like clock work in sync with the glow app. Yesterday I had very very like pink spotting which is amost a week early. Now even when the opk says I am not ovulating I was Baby Dance just to be on the safe side. Is there a way I can determine if this might be implantation bleeding or just early period with out a pregnancy test? Everything says I won’t get the BFP until a few days.
