Fluid pocket under incision

Anyone have what feels like a cyst or some sort of fluid behind their incision? Had a c section 10 days ago and this has been there at least since the second or third day (May have been there before but this was the first time I really checked it out). Mine is probably the size of a large grape and has some bruising over it. Went to the doctor last week for some new bruising and he just said swelling should go down in a few more days and it has everywhere but here. Going to call next week but just wondering if anyone else has had this going on. Thinking I may have a hematoma.
