First time mom

I get my first c section in 2 days. And I'm so excited to meet my son. But the nerves are overwhelming my excitedness if that makes sense. Im so scared to be number from the chest down (what I heard) I have really bad anxiety. Any stories or advice would be amazing

UPDATE: it went exactly how i thought it would. I was so calm before hand. I was ready as soon as i got the numbing shot I freaked. And when i mean freaked out i mean I turned into the hulk and tried to throw myself off the table bc I just wanted to get out of there. My hands were cramping bc I was hyper ventilating. Then they sedated me. And i seen my boyfriend at the window waiting to come in. He was by my side through it all. And at the end of the day it was all worth it.

He was on oxygen and antibiotics for awhile. But we are home and he's literally a blessing 💙
