How to make breast engorgement to go away?
I had my daughter on Wednesday and I’m not breast feeding but my boobs are so swollen and hurt so bad I’ve been putting ice on them like crazy and avoiding hot showers and using supportive bras but can anyone tell me anything else that could work or when this will go away?
