TTC for 1 year & 3 months

My husband and I have been ttc for a year and 3 months. I’ve had my levels checked & all was normal, and I take prenatal vitamins every day. My husband had the opportunity to go get his sperm checked & pushed it off until I finally never brought it up again. Then randomly one day we were talking about it , and he says the reason he is scared to go get his sperm tested is because he’s scared that if his results come back abnormal, that he’s scared I would leave him. This is absolutely not the case at all, but I can’t get that into his head. I’ve told him I would never leave, it’s just I want to see the test results so we know what our next step is. I can’t seem to get it through to him though. Anyone else have this issue & have any useful suggestions ?
