Safe Meds for morning sickness

Anyone else given promethazine to take?
My doctor gave me a unisom/ b6 medication but I was still vomiting 5 -6/ times a day ... This new medication works but only if I take it without a break, every 6 hours
I’m feeling a little weird about taking so much medicine while pregnant but I was in the ER for dehydration because I can’t keep anything down ...
