Broke my water and post placenta

I’m at the hospital under special care because on my 31 week and 2 days I started bleeding heavy, I called my doctor and went to emergency room. The hospital gave me the first aid then transferred me to another hospital. I’ll be at the hospital until I birth my baby-34 weeks. Now I am on my 32 week and 2 days. I’m ok being here but sometimes I think if I my baby has enough water and liquid to wait two more weeks. My pregnancy was normal. I don’t know how this happened. I didn’t know you can keep your baby inside after you broke your water.
