The best way to run a country

So, due to some unexplainable circumstances, you not only discover a new island about the size of the UK, but it’s yours to set up as an independent nation. There are no native peoples, and it’s rich in resources. It also happens that the weather and natural features perfectly suit your tastes and you plan to live there forever.

What style of government do you decide to setup for your new country? Something standard that other countries have done like monarchy, democracy, dictatorship, etc? Or do you design your own government style, maybe some kind of mixture? Or maybe just anarchy?
