I’m 5’3”. I was 132 lbs before pregnancy, 166 at 34 weeks (gave birth at 35 weeks), and am now at 141 without having done any exercise. My son is 9 months.
I finally started again today with my workouts. And I’m motivated to keep going! Its never been so much about the pounds, but I just want to be healthy and feel good!
