I can't believe it...
I finally hit 200 pounds.... I'm heartbroken.
This is my highest weight. But I honestly haven't been taking care of myself so I can't really be that upset considering it's my own fault.
Anyways.... For someone who has a hard time sticking with lifestyle changes such as - eating better, and being consistent with it and exercising - what helped you?
Yes I want this more than anything but I still find a way to slip back into my old habits. ☹️ What worked for you guys? Show me your progress! I need some major motivation right now as I'm feeling absolutely heartbroken.
