Too comfortable in my relationship

I've been with my SO for four years and I think hes gotten too comfortable. He doesn't try as much as he used to or take into consideration that I might not be feeling my best. I always feel as if I'm the one who wants to do everything with him all the time, now I'm starting to notice that I might be too clingy. He makes a lot of Time to be with his friends and not so much to be with me. Although we have crazy work schedules we manage to see each other 2x week but still tries to squeeze in time with his friends😔. He sees his friends almost EVERYDAY! How should I even bring this up without making him feel bad?
