Anyone else getting rid of binky cold turkey?🙀

Please tell me I’m not alone. I decided last night that I would be getting rid of binky cold turkey. All night she throws it and I have to get it and I’m exhausted. I started a month ago just giving it at nap and bedtime and she is ok with that but getting her to take a nap is horrible. She screams and screams. I feel so bad. I just got her down for a nap and had to rub her back for awhile until she settled. I want to cry with her. Anyone have any helpful tips or are going through the same?
