Self confidence

Hello, has anyone got any tips on being more confident around guys you like?

Day to day I’m such a confident person, in work (I’m manger), at home, with my friends... I call the shots and I am so confident but I’m kind of seeing this guy and I go so quiet and sheepish around him, I’m struggling to change it... help

Also I know he loves a confident girl and likes to be kept in line, which is totally up my street I love someone to keep me on my toes but I just lose all my power around him.
