What do i do???

Ok so this is definitely not as bad as some story's on here but today i was in a study room with a guy friend and since the exams are almost finished we were alone. I was sitting 1 row in front of him and i had my headphones on and he started jerking of because he thought i didn't notice but i did and i couldn't say anything because i cramp up in these kinds of situations because of a past abuse.

Also he is a close friend and this is a completely different kind of behavior then how he usually acts.

Should i talk to him about it or just leave it ?
