Has my stomach moved?

So I dont know if you ladies have ever experienced this, but I've already talked to my doctor and she explained it may be heart burn. It very well may be... I just wanted to know if there are others who have this weird thing that happens. It's my first pregnancy. So, some days if I dont eat soon enough, i get this very weird uncomfortable pain at the bottom of my chest on my right side. Or if I eat too much it happens. And sometimes itll make like a rumbling feeling. Like it's very weird and when it hurts, if I take tums, it makes it where it's not as noticeable. So it's all just strange for me. I dont know if its cause my stomach organ moved or if it's just a spot that is literally just a heartburn spot. I dont know. I just know the organs get moved around to make room for the baby, but that's as much as I know.

Just curious as to who all has experienced this and if you have any advice that's better than taking tums. 🤣🤣
