Sac and Yolk?

I went in today for my first ultrasound. It was vaginal. They thought I was 8weeks2days going by my last period. The women was very rude and when my husband asked for a picture she commented “there’s nothing there” but he was persistent and she gave us one. There is a sac and a yolk, how far along would I be? I think I ovulated late seeing as I didn’t get a positive urine test until last week at 23 days late. Does everything look alright? I was also supposed to get blood work done (they haven’t even checked my levels) and the nurse said there’s no point in getting blood work done until we know everything is okay with the pregnancy. Which scared the hell out of me. Any thoughts? I’m a ftm and I’m just worried about the baby. We go back in two weeks.. please no hate! Thank you x
