What did you use(or plan on using) for postpartum bleeding?

Hello! Doing lots of research on everything labor/delivery and postpartum. I’ve heard different views on all of these. Some say that if you had stitches than adult diapers don’t allow enough air in so the wound can heal. Some say padsicles were the best and some say they hurt worse. Some say pads didn’t provide enough coverage. What were your experiences?

Always overnight pads. After the first 48 hours it wasn't any worse than a normal period flow for me.

First time I used XL pads, but I had really bad hemorrhoids and the bunching of the pad hurt like fucking hell on them. Second kid, I used adult diapers. Much more comfortable.

I used always overnight pads right after getting home but after a couple of days it wasn’t much worse than like a medium flow day of my normal period.

I got a bunch of GIANT pads from the hospital. And the first few days they made me ice pads. But that was my hospital

I used depends silhouettes. And the hospital gave me pads that were like ice packs and I put them inside the depends. And used dermoplast spray along with it. Best combo ever . Lol pads were not comfortable for me at all.
