How intense is your nausea? And other symptoms?

According to my last scan, I should be 6w today. So far my symptoms are: 
- boobs a bit sore; especially when I touch it 
- had lower back pain around 4w, now gone 
- a tiny bit of nausea? When I haven’t had any food in my stomach, I tend to feel a bit nauseous (but not enough to puke or have gig reflex); but as soon as I eat it goes away... 
Please share how your feeling these days :)

7+5 and I am peeing all the time, nausea especially when hungry, tends to wake me up at 4-6am. Huge and extremely sore boobs (every time fiancé plays with my nipples it feels like he's ripping them off lmao), as of this week I get dizzy spells when I get up from sitting or laying down. I also get extremely tired especially near the end of the work week. This is my rainbow baby (third pregnancy) and I wouldn't trade it for the world ❤️

Boobs were sore at first but that is getting better. I get tired easily. Nausea has slowly been getting worse and not many foods appeal to me. Last night I came down with a sore/scratchy throat, stuffy nose, and heaviness in my chest. Oh and I have gas cramps CONSTANTLY.

Extreme fatigue and nausea. Haven’t thrown up yet but feel like I want to all day. My dr told me to take vitaminb6 and unisom to sleep.

7w4d. Having some intense nausea but not vomiting although I almost did once. Every single food makes me nauseated and it sucks as I have to force myself to eat. I can’t wait till the nausea is gone.

Im +5 weeks and have the same exact symptoms as you.. but who knows sometimes the symptoms just hit you at once or more so morning sickness does
