I’m 37 weeks now. When did you start trying to get labour started?

I’m 37 weeks now, baby is due July 18th. When did you guys start trying to get labour started? What have you been doing?

I personally never did anything to get labor started with my 3 - I think they come when they’re ready. But tons of walking, bouncing on a birthing ball, eating spicy food, sex and nipple stimulation are some common things I know that people try!

We have an induction scheduled for next Wednesday so i plan on trying to help things along starting this Sunday. 
We will be trying 
Lots of sex
Lots of walking
Deep squats
Yoga ball exercises
And primrose oil pills 
I was already 3cm dilated so i dont know if it would be a good idea to insert or simply take orally 🤔

Walking, yoga ball, but sex did it for me I actually had her at 37 weeks from good sex the previous day 🤦🏾‍♀️😅

I’m also 37 weeks if you figure it out let me know 😂 baby boy was 8 pounds at a growth check last Friday. I want him out before he gains too much more over the next ~3 weeks
