Nipple stimulation/labor symptoms

Tried nipple stimulation with pump for five min on each boob 37+3.

Now my back is killing me and I feel like I’m gonna throw up really bad. Super uncomfortable and mild cramping/sharp pains in tummy. Is this labor symptoms?? I don’t feel good..
