So frustrated! Anyone else have honey dos that aren't getting done?

One of the things my husband has been supposed to get done before this baby, is a laundry room that we added on LAST NOVEMBER.  I'm 37 weeks 5 days, and the sheeting isnt on the inside walls (meaning it also hasn't been painted and my shelves aren't up) and the roof is only half finished!  My washer and dryer are already in and running (thankfully) but I hate for things to be half finished 🙄  Even if it was just mostly finished!!! But where is his motivation? 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ can I share some of mine? Because I feel like I'm going to go bonkers not being able to just do it myself

My husband works and helps me with our toddler so I don’t expect him to do much more than that especially when I am taking it easy every chance I get, but I remember feeling this way when I was pregnant with our first. I was really into planning, organizing and shopping and he would only help if I asked. He didn’t touch my belly much and never talked to the baby and it hurt my feelings. Then our son was born and something clicked for him instantly. He immediately when into this overprotective nesting phase that lasted several weeks! I think it is just a different process for them because they are not experiencing the same physical and emotional symptoms that we are! This time around he has gotten everything prepared on his own time without me saying anything and has talked/touched my belly a little.

ugh yes. my husband keeps forgetting to clean the litter box, which in turn makes our cat rebel and pee on stuff in the basement (which is where we have all of her stuff) and I have to ask him 20+ times to take out the garbage, clean up the dog poop & mow the front and back lawns. Normally I do ALL of this, but unfortunately I need to rely on him to do all of these things until I'm ok to get back to it. I hate it, because I am ocd with so much and him just letting things go for days pisses me off. I can't wait until I can get back to doing all of this stuff..then I know it'll get done asap so we don't look (and live) like F-ing slobs. 😒

Yes I keep writing new lists and putting them different places like HINT HINT! And he gets pissed if i do anything to heavy or awkward but I feel so stuck just waiting!!

YES. Love love love my sweet hubby but he insisted on building a crib and shelves and a side table for the nursery and none are done. The crib is built but it needs to be stained and he’s put it off for weeks now which is getting frustrating. I would stain it myself but I shouldn’t be breathing in all those strong fumes for that long a time period. 
I want to hang shelves so I can finish decorating and I’m getting really frustrated it’s not getting done 😣

So glad to hear others are struggling too! We’ve tackled two bathroom remodels in the last month of pregnancy (because we are crazy like that...), and his to-do list is literally just to take the demo to the dump. And to get rid of a pile of cardboard/recycling we’ve accumulated from the larger items. If it’s still sitting there when I go into labor, I’m going to rage.

Ooooo my husband! 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️.  He just finished painting our master bathroom after 2 months but now we just need a door handle on it. I give it another couple weeks for that. 
But right now he is downstairs cleaning and I’m laying in bed. 💁🏼‍♀️
