Yeast infection; did I fix it or make it worse?

So I have a yeast infection, bought some canesten internal cream, used it last night before bed and when I woke up all of this creamy discharge is what I found. The itching and soreness is gone for the most part which is great! I’m just wondering if all this discharge is supposed to be here?!

edit: okay so the external itching is still here after 24 hours of me using the internal cream, should I just wait it out for two more days like the box said to do?
