Anyone have an overtired baby?

She’s refusing to nap more than 30 mins at a time so by 60-90 mins she’s cranky... is it terrible to keep giving her naps even though they’re short? Sometimes it’s 5-6 30 min naps a day bc she’s so irritable...

I think that’s fine. That’s pretty much what I do with my son! I let him stay awake for about an hour(ish) and do alert time then I offer a nap. He is typically a 30 min sleeper but to me that’s better then nothing lol.

Once a day I take an hour to an hour and a half and just let him sleep on me. If I let him sleep on his own he only takes little cat naps so we nap together and it keeps him from being a bear all day.

That's my situation. He just recently started taking 1 or 2 longer naps a day  but still has the cat naps because he just can't go very long being awake. We have about 5 naps a day but at one point he had 7 naps a day 🙄
