I've been offered a full time manager role and I'm over the moon. However I asked for it to be part time as I want to spend more time with my daughter. I can challenge the offer but this mean possibly jeopardising working in the same location. I don't know what to do, the latest I'll finish is 10pm which means not putting my daughter to bed. Should I just consider another location?? I don't know what to do. I won't necessarily want to be part time forever, I just missed out of so much with my daughter since she was ill and want to make up for lost time.
