Distracted baby

My 16 week old for the last week has developed a stubborn personality when it comes to boob... sometimes she refuses it, sometimes she’ll latch and unlatch constantly because there’s too many things going on around her, sometimes she latches for a good 10min feed and she always comfort sucks before bed.

It’s the day feeds I’m worried about, unlatching constantly because there is something or someone around her. It’s not ideal in public. Is this a phase or is this going to happen all the time now?
