Palpitations during pregnancy

Ive had palpitations since either 10w or 16w, noticed they have gotten worse more weeks i go. Im now 22w. Ive had several ekgs n 2 echos n everything is normal. I was worried maybe it was unisom cuz i was taking 25-50 everyday. But my dr said that would be out of my system by now. How bad alwas everyone's experience with racing heart or palpitations?
