Heating pad?

Hey girls I figured I’d turn to you since my doctors office is obviously not open! I’ve been in so much pain lately my back my stomach from heartburn my boobs everything LOL I’m only seven weeks pregnant but I was just wondering am I allowed to use a heating pad? I did look online which said yes than other sites said no but I don’t trust that at all! I figured some of you might have experience with this. If no heating pad what else can I do because I can’t take it anymore I don’t know how I’m gonna go another 33 weeks 😂🤣 I love my heating pad so that’s why am asking about it lol 💜 Thanks For Any Input.

Sidenote* I was given something for the heartburn but I just throw it up so i dont bother anymore Until this nausea stage passes if it even does 🤦🏻‍♀️
