yes it definitely is. Unless you aren’t sexually active then i guess it doesn’t matter. But it’ll mess up your cycle and won’t be effective if you aren’t constant. maybe set an alarm and put your pills where they will always be right next to you at the time. Like i fall asleep at 9ish and i have an alarm for 9pm to take my pilll because i’m always in bed at that time
