4th day of high/peak opks?

I’ve never had this many high/peak test days in a row. I have pcos but I’ve been able to get my cycles regulated to where I’m ovulating on my own since January and I had a miscarriage in April so things are still finding their normal I’m sure but does anyone know if this is normal? I believe I had some ovulation pin earlier today so I’m thinking today may be O day. Does that seem right? I temp also so time will tell but just curious what you ladies think.
