Help me please

My period is usually regular five days every month This month my period started June 1 regular June 2 it got lighter with stomach mild stomach ache though June 3 4 5 only when I wipe I see spotting on the toilet paper i’m really worried because my period usually start with really bad pain and end with really bad pain this was my first time ever having a period like this could I be pregnant I took a test it came back negative could it be too early??????
