Advice on a small argument

So I’ve been talking to this guy for 3 months now.

He is nice, sweet and polite. At first I wasn’t sure if he liked me or not so I unfriend him on Facebook. Well just recently I friended him back. Well I think he might have got a little upset cause he text me about it and I told him the truth.

I just want him to know that I care for him now and I’ve apologized but when I told him that he didn’t respond. I just don’t know how to make up for this or if I need to just wait for a response in general.

I just didn’t think it be this big of a deal to him. 😟
