Non-fasting 1 hr test help...

Alright mommas help me out please. I have my 1 hr test tomorrow. It’s nonfasting which is the strangest thing to me because with my last two both the tests were fasting but that was 7 and 9 years ago so 🤷🏻‍♀️ I was told just don’t eat a lot of carbs or sugars the day before and day of. So what does not a lot mean? My whole damn diet is carbs (I know I know it’s not healthy but this girl loves her pasta and bread and potatoes) so what besides salad can I eat? I was thinking hard boiled eggs for tomorrow morning prior to my test. And a salad with chicken for lunch tomorrow. But what about today?! Lunch and dinner? I’m freaking hungry at work and am trying to figure out what to get at the cafe downstairs
