Recommendations for nausea!
Last week I hit the 6 week mark, and like everything I’ve read, my morning sickness ramped up! I’m trying to stay as hydrated as possible considering I can only eat small amounts at a time and the aversions are REAL! The nausea is so awful and the only thing relatively helping me is saltine crackers, sleeping, and smelling lemons. I noticed it’s not as bad when I’m out and about and staying distracted but some smells and thoughts of certain foods are just sending me over the edge! I was wondering what were your miracle workers while you were experiencing morning sickness (or all day sickness like mine has been)! This is my first pregnancy so I’m inexperienced and just tired of feeling so awful! Thanks to all the mamas out there!
