I hate this topic but just trying to prepare myself should something happen. I’m 5 weeks

I get what you’re trying to do, but there really is no “preparing”. A miscarriage can happen any time until about 21 weeks, from 22 weeks on it’s considered a stillborn loss. 
After 12 weeks your risk of miscarriage goes down to something like 1% (barring any additional medical issues). 
I was very aloof from my pregnancy the first trimester. Excited sure but not as much as I expected. I didn’t really start getting happy until after 13 weeks. Try not to do this to yourself. I wish I could have been excited from the beginning instead of being so scared.

In the process of another missed miscarriage 
Should be 8w4d but looks like baby stopped growing at 6 weeks. 
You can’t really prepare yourself for it 
I suffer with recurrent miscarriages and the next step is to do testing to find out why. 
Try to enjoy your pregnancy and not worry or stress. ❤️ being “prepared” will take away all the joy of being pregnant even if an inevitable miscarriage happens.

It can range from 5weeks to 12 weeks majority me personally have had a few chem preg  but I lost 1 at 10 weeks
