Help please

How do you discipline your almost 2 year old? My wild child will not listen! Shes not bad or anything it's just doesn't listen when shes playing. Like stop jumping off the couch. You cant stand on the table. You have to wear clothes in church stop taking them off.

We've taken things away. We've yelled. We've spanked. We've timed out. Nothing works.

I'm going to be gray headed before I'm 30!
